Issue of Energy Efficiency Certificate that classifies the building into an energy category (A + to H). The Energy Efficiency Certificate is a document issued by the Ministry of Energy and Energy, which is created by the Energy Inspector and reflects the energy efficiency of the building or a part of it. With this certificate each building (or part of it) is classified as an energy category (there are nine categories, from A + to H).

For real estate before 1983 (erected before 14/3/1983):
- Ownership certificate
- Copy of Topographic Chart
- Copies of Architectural Drawings (Floor Plans)
- Copy of the declaration of the property in the Land Registry
- Boiler Maintenance Sheet
- Energy consumption invoices (eg PPC, Natural Gas)
For properties after 1983 (erected after 14/3/1983):
- Copy of Building License
- Copy of Topographic Chart
- Ownership certificate
- Copies of Architectural Drawings (Floor Plans)
- Copy of the declaration of the property in the Land Registry
- Copy of a request for regulation of semi-open spaces
- Boiler Maintenance Sheet
- Thermal insulation study
- Energy consumption invoices (eg PPC, Natural Gas)
