From the entry into force of Law 4014/11, 21/09/2011, any transfer act or a right in rem must necessarily be supplemented by a certificate from an engineer. We undertake the issue of the necessary attestation as soon as we have at our disposal copies of the following documents:

1. Title of ownership of the property
2. Building permit of the property
3. Legalization documents for adjustments or altenations
4. Approved architectural plans of the property

Autopsy on the property
Issue of certificate
Send request

Certificates are valid for two (2) months and before the contract is drawn up they are submitted electronically to the Technical Chamber of Greece where they receive a unique number related to the property.
